Almasicily linguine is whole-wheat pasta made out of old Sicilian wheat, obtained from a mixture of different kinds of whole-semolina, local, Sicilian durum wheat, branded Duilio, Arcangelo, Simeto, Similia, Russello, Senatore Cappelli, most of which is stone ground and comes from organic crops. Whole-wheat Almasicily pasta expresses its maximum taste and emphasises its nutritional value. This kind of pasta guarantees very high digestibility and slow assimilation in order to assure the body’s balance and well-being. How to cook: Pour the pasta into plenty of boiling salted water (about a liter for each 100gr of pasta). Cook for the time indicated on the packet, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and season to taste.
