A small jar of precious, biological, single-flower honey, cold-pressed by centrifugation: open it and you will smell the intense scent of orange blossoms and the aromatic herbs flavour of dry and sunny Sicilian pastures. Almafruits’ biological orange-blossom-flavoured honey has a citrus taste with hints of bittersweet flavour. By crystallising spontaneously, a few months after the harvest, its colour changes from straw yellow to an ivory-beige colour. It adds a touch of natural sweetness to both hot and cold beverages. It is particularly recommended for both ordinary tea and all kinds of herbal tea. Try it with string cheese such as scamorza cheese and provolone: the contrasting flavours will win you over at first taste!
