    These traditional Sicilian biscuits tell the story of the small towns situated in the Sicilian hinterland: the Cuddiredda is a traditional Sicilian biscuit made in Delia, a small town situated in the province of Caltanissetta. It is prepared with genuine ingredients and fried in local olive oil.
    Its handcrafted production, handed down from generation to generation, implies the use of traditional working tools and a very long working process that is therefore authentic.
    Very sweet and fragrant, they owe their crown sheep to the fact that they were invented as a homage paid to the chatelaines who, during the War of the Sicilian vespers, used to live in the medieval fortress that still towers above the small town of Delia to this day.
