Territorial area

AlmaSicily only accepts orders with delivery in the Italian territory.

Purchase invoice

For every order placed, AlmaSicily issues an invoice for the material sent and sends it via e-mail to the holder of the order pursuant to art. 14 Presidential Decree 445/00 and Decree 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice.
Changes will not be accepted after the invoice has been issued.

Product information

The customer can purchase the products on the AlmaSicily website at the time the order is sent.
The images and technical data accompanying a product data sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of their own characteristics but may differ in small details.

The availability of the product displayed is purely indicative given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users.

For this reason, AlmaSicily reserves the right, once the order is received, to check the availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly notify the non-acceptance of the order sent.

No responsibility can be attributed to AlmaSicily.

Receiving the order

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by AlmaSicily by sending an e-mail copy of the order, to the e-mail address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will summarize all the data entered by the customer who has to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections.

By placing the order on the almasicily.com website, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.
